A new online configurator from Tregaskiss helps users customize TOUGH GUN™ TT3 Reamer robotic nozzle cleaning stations to match the needs of their welding applications.
Users follow a series of steps to configure a reamer model, first selecting the V-block and cutter blade to match the OD and bore of their robotic GMAW gun nozzle. Users then select from various add-ons, including a wire cutter, lubricator, air blast, and filter/regulator. They also can choose accessories sold separately, such as a reamer stand, antispatter liquid, and an antispatter multifeed system.
When all desired components are chosen, the configurator provides a summary of the selections, along with a part number for the reamer. Users can request a quote for the reamer, download spec sheets or owner’s manuals, print the selection summary and part number, or contact the company for more information.
A reverse part number lookup function provides a complete replacement parts list for reamers based on existing part numbers.
